Finishing Pomade--mineral oil is difficult to no poo out

Structura Spray--drying alcohol is the first ingred so be cautious with that but no poo should remove okay.

Straight Time Glaze--dimethicone (w/o the copolyol) is not water soluble so it would depend on how easily dimethicone builds up on your individual hair/

ok thanks, does anyone know of salon quality serum or pomade and hairspray that are curly girl friendly? I've heard that herbal essence hairspray is but I'm not a fan of drugstore products

Don't have any product recs for you, but when I straighten I just use a leave-in (same one I use when I wear my hair curly) and some jojoba oil. I apply the jojoba oil after blowdrying and before ironing, then again after ironing. It leaves my hair really soft and it doesn't feel gunky if I let it go several days before wetting/washing again.

Blended Beauty makes straightening products that are CG. Straight Pearl and Straightening Glaze.

Shameless plug: I have the straightening Glaze for sale on the swap board!

I don't straighten my hair. It was an impulse buy.

I believe the Kenra Platinum Pomade is CG friendly, and a few people on here like it.
