Default Aussie 3 min miracle...?

Hello!

I'm trying really hard to follow the CG routine - but struggling with spotting all the ingredients on the backs of bottles..

Can anyone give me a heads up about Aussie three minute miracle; is it CG? I thought so, but now not sure (I don't have the bottle with me to do an emergency check...)

I'm also co-washing with Johnson's Baby conditioner, which is fab - but now I'm beginning to doubt that that it ok either...

phew - CG can be exhausting!

The original formula of the Aussie 3 minute miracle is CG

Yes, 3 Minute Miracle is good. Don't get the "Deeeep" version, though.

Thanks both! I can carry on conditioning without worry! (Although the amount I'm going through at the moment means I'll soon be needing another bottle - WHY do hair ranges tend to sell their shampoo in bigger bottles than their conditioner - and where can we buy conditioner by the bucket / truck / olympic swimming pool full???!!!!)

They do make bigger bottles of that conditioner but my store doens't carry it either.
I go to Sally's and get the sally knock off of the 3MM, it comes in a liter and it's cheaper but the same thing

Yeah, the regular is pretty much CG since simethicone is water solubule. I found it too heavy to use really regularly on CG though. The occasional DT was cool but using it as a regular conditioner was a bit much for me.
That stuff was a godsend when I dyed and dryed though.
I almost bought some more the other day just for the smell. Ah nostalgia.

I'm intrigued by this generic version. Never seen that one before. Does it smell the same?

I don't remember the generic being any different. I 'm out at the moment. I go back into town Friday when I hope to get some. I love the smell, when I colored I only ever used that as a conditioner once I realized that duh I need a conditioner. I've used it twice a week or so while it's dry weather.
