My hair has been thrown up, down, all around and sincerely wallowed half to death in my office chair.

I just took the time to go through this whole thread. I love, love, love the pics; you all have such beautiful curls. Just beautiful.

I'm definitely a "curly" 2c. Sometimes curly and sometimes just wavy upper layer with a ringlety under layer. My hair has been thick and coarse since birth. Strawberry blonde in color that can and does change depending on the type and amount of light.

All in all, I'm happy with my hair type but almost for sure think yours is prettier.
Working on length retention after heat damage from flat ironing !! No heat since January

Tried something different with my hair and I like the curls that resulted, but I had zero volume which is why it ended up pulled back. It's fun to experiment and I would definitely do this again if I wanted to do a half up or up do. I just love the curls. A little more controlled than my natural curl.
