All types of curls! (Post a pic of yours)

Tried something different with my hair and I like the curls that resulted, but I had zero volume which is why it ended up pulled back. It's fun to experiment and I would definitely do this again if I wanted to do a half up or up do. I just love the curls. A little more controlled than my natural curl.

I'm definitely a "curly" 2c. Sometimes curly and sometimes just wavy upper layer with a ringlety under layer. My hair has been thick and coarse since birth. Strawberry blonde in color that can and does change depending on the type and amount of light.

All in all, I'm happy with my hair type but almost for sure think yours is prettier.
Rizos, what is your secret? Wow, so much definition and I certainly wouldn't say that you have no volume. Looks gorgeous.

Awww you ladies are too sweet! Thanks for the kind words.

Laura, I decided to try using my SM Smoothie as a leave-in and then SM soufflé as my styler. I then proceeded to painstakingly twist each clump of curl which was a feat in itself as I have so much hair. I clipped the roots and air dried. I think next time, I'll diffuse just the roots to give me more volume and I'll separate some more of the clumps to get a fuller look.

Oh and the color is totally out of a box I've dyed my hair red for the last 10 years and a part of me wants to be done with dying, but I can't quite part with the red. Seems to fit my personality more than my natural golden brown color.

This was my hair on Sunday. My sister diffused it after it was 80% dry and then we applied some SM Milk on top to fix the frizzy parts.
