hair isn't clumping and too much frizz

OK, my hair is i think 3C with some 4a mixed in. On Saturday I washed my hair, and since then I have been CO washing everyday with Ocean Breeze Suave. I cowash in the shower and afer rinsing I spray in some leave in, it's Infusium 23, and I've mixed in some Sweet Almond Oil. After that I do my shower thing, and then once i get out, I don't towel dry or anything, and then put in some Fantaisa IC with sparklelites gel. I've just started using this gel and it's giving me nice curls but, my curls are really like..small? they don't clump well, and i've also been getting tons of frizz...anyone have any suggestions on what could help?? I'd really appreciate it. :)

is the infusium really liquidy and light? If so I would suggest a thicker leave in like GF C&S leave in, or PM the conditioner leave in( you can get the Sallys knock off). Do you use a rinse out conditioner? Also about frizz, don't touch your hair when it is drying

Yes, the Infusium is really liquidity, and I watered it down a bit back when I first bought it. Maybe I'll try a thicker leave-in. I cannot use Garnier Fructis because I'm allergic to it, and in the past I've had problems with PM's products..but I haven't used them since I've been all natural. Any other suggestions??

another curly here likes beauty without cruelity revitaling leave in, it can be found in health food stores or on their website. It is made of natural ingredients. I have also seen Jamacian mango and lime leave in suggested here as well, but I have never tried it

Infusium 23 uses cones in their products, you may be suffering from build up if you are strictly co-washing...would you be able to post the ingredients for you rleave in?

If it does have cones in that are not water soluble, you may want to find a cone free leave in conditioner.

If you're using a lot of proteins, it could be protein build up, too. Mine gets like you're describing if it's either too much protein or overconditioned :D

OK thanks..but i don't really know how to tell if my hair is overconditioned...i'm still clueless in a way about hair. today on top of the fantasia gel i put some mousse on my hair, and it's hardly frizzy at all... So i'm guessing that i might just need to use something on top of the gel.
