Yes, I am finally considering. HOwever, please read carefully: I am not interested in washing my hair with a conditioner; I want a product especially made for this purpose, like Wen, but not Wen; and NOT Deva No Poo - I hate the No Poo. I have LP hair, and would like a product that might eliminate the need for a conditioner. Any thoughts, please??

Deep Conditioner: Shea Moisture Deep Treatment Masque
Leave-In: Curls Unleashed No Boundaries

Though I've never tried it, I think CJ Daily Fix would fit the bill. It is specifically a cleansing conditioner. It even has coco betaine (anionic surfactant) in the first 5 ingredients.
fine - low/normal porosity - medium density - normal elasticity.

Currently using:
Cowash: Cure Care diluted with water 1:1
RO: Cure Care, V05 Kiwi Lime
Styler: UFD CM (old formula), FSG + CNPF
PT: IAgirl's gelatine

Experimenting with: no guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, gelatin gel

Recent findings: my hair likes Cure Care diluted with water as a cowash; does NOT like guar h.c.!

For me L'Oreal evercurl is awesome, my hair feels clean and moisturized after I use it.

Myrna, I have LP hair like you & could never do the co-wash/cleansing conditioner thing. You name it, I tried it: Suave, V05, CJ Daily Fix, Jessicurl Cleansing Cream, As I Am (both the Coconut Co-Wash and the Cleansing Pudding), Darcy's Botanicals Cleansing Conditioner, and others I've since forgotten.

They all left my hair feeling greasy, flat and frizzy, so I was skeptical when I read glowing reviews from MirCurls and others for Eden Bodyworks Coconut Shea Cleansing CoWash. But when Sally had a BOGO a couple of weeks ago, I figured it was a low-risk proposition at less than $8 for 16 ounces. One of the best hair product purchases I've ever made! It leaves my hair feeling clean, which is very important to me, yet I don't need a conditioner afterward and detangling is reasonably easy. I use it for 2 days, then low-poo on the third to avoid any buildup.

I would still recommend trying CJ Daily Fix, even though it didn't work for me, but if you have a Sally's nearby, you should think about trying the Eden.

ETA: forgot to mention that the scent is divine!

CJ Daily Fix is so expensive though. Is it worth the money??
aharri, I got CJ Daily Fix in a trade with a member here. I like it a LOT. I also have the L'Oreal conditioning cleanser for curls, which I have not tried yet. Do I prefer to get something in the drug store t hat works? Indeed. So I will eventually compare the 2. Yossarian, thank you for the rec! I will look into that too.
