Default Clarifying shampoo for daily use?

I shower almost every day and I do wash my hair every day. So I try to use fairly mild shampoo. Lately I've been using Kenra Moisturizing Shampoo, and using the Kenra Clarifying Shampoo 2 times a week. I've noticed on the days I use the Clarifying formula, I have perfect hair - shiny, bouncy, wavy.

Would it damage hair to use a clarifying shampoo daily? I know they're normally meant for less frequent use.

Clarifying poos are quite strong. Something tells me that if you use it everyday, it'll suck your hair dry... But if you really want to go ahead with it, then do it; and if it doesn't work out, then go back to what you were doing before. I'm finding that you just have to learn by trial and error. After all, everyone's hair is different. Good Luck!

I think it would dry your hair and scalp out, because I feel like it cleans so well that it strips everything off of your hair including your own nautral oils
