Need help/advice

Ok, I've been trying to work with my curly hair since Sept. I used Deva products first & then switched to Jessicurl. After a month or two, my hair started drying out horribly to the point that I couldn't even get my fingers through my hair with Too Shea in it.

Ok, no biggie - so I switched back to all Deva products and have been using them since Thanksgiving. I thought all was well & good until just this week. All of the sudden my hair feels horrible dry, does not hold curl well (or pieces will curl, but it won't clump together) and it feels very thin. (When my hair has moisture in it I feel like I have tons of hair & nice body, however, when it feels "thin" I don't have much body and I feel like I have to finger comb through my curls to look like I have hair.)

I'm getting so frusterated - I thought the Deva products were working great for my hair & all of the sudden now my hair feels horrible again. I haven't changed anything in my routine, so I'm confused. Any ideas of what it could be?

My current routine is to use Low Poo or No Poo about once a week. Then I use either DevaCurl or DevaCare One C and style with Angell with 2 drops of blue agave nectar mixed in it. Occasionally I use some Mister Right & Set it Free, but not on a daily basis.

Any ideas of what it could be? I feel like my hair is reacting to the Deva Products - similar to how it had with the Jessicurl, only not as bad. Could the cone in the Deva products be finally building up on my hair? Do I need to clarify with something stronger than Low Poo? An ACV rinse maybe? Then what? Do I need to switch to a different line entirely? If so, any recommendations?

Help, help!!
Bump!

Any help or ideas?????
The JC stuff dries my hair out too after a while.

With the deva stuff make sure the low poo is getting that A cone out. Most do fine but some find it builds up on them.

And then there is the weather. It's been dry here so it was hard to keep my hair from being dryer than usual.

I'd try an Acv rinse and see if that helps. If not then clarify with a sulfate shampoo and then do a good DT after.
2c/3a?
Low porosity, medium texture.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
