I have the shampoo & conditioner. Your description of the shampoo is accurate. I don't use it very often, but if I feel I need something a little stronger, I'll reach for it.

It's been a while since I've used the conditioner. I don't remember why I wasn't crazy about it, but it's taken a spot way in the back of my product stash. Maybe I'll try it this week to refresh my memory. It couldn't have been too awful, because in that case I would have chucked it.
Hair Type: 3A/3B; natural color; mid-back length.
Daily: shampoo (varies)
Weekly: Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo.
Fave Rinse-Out Conditioners: HE Hello Hydration; L'oreal Everstrong.
Styling Routine: Squish-scrunch product /conditioner into soaking wet, upside down hair; plop for 10 minutes, air dry. (Diffuser dry front section.)
Fave Styling Products: Tigi Curl Amplifier Creme; Batia & Aleeza gel; Giovanni Sunset Styler; LA Looks Sport Gel.

Thank you! The compliment's much appreciated, as I've been having not so wonderful hair days while experimenting over the last week.

I emailed B&A just to get their input on how to best use their products and got a reply with a link to this video....I'll link it below and hopefully it works. I am wondering if anyone used their wash twice method.....both of their hair is so gorgeous and BIG.....I would die to have big hair like that

2a?, using MOP C system hydrating poo, Elucence conditioner, B&A Biomineral gel......off and on results....rely most on my curling iron for help

I used to always wash my hair twice to get everything out.
Seeing their hair and the before and afters in the video it makes me want to go scrub my hair!
Low porosity, medium texture.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
