Default Lightweight Conditioner? Re: Hair that looses curl when conditioned....(NOT MINE)

Okay, first off, this isn't me. AT ALL. My curls drink moisture like it's mother's milk.

My cousin is going CGM with me (I'm on day 14, she is--I think--day 4). She has pretty coily 3b-ish hair, and said she never uses conditioner. She says it makes her hair "weird" and straight. So she rarely uses it. Shampoo + gel is her routine.

Obviously, I can't comprehend no conditioner. Yesterday alone, I multiples.

Her hair is unique and I wouldn't want to mess up her equilibrium. But since she's doing the CGM thing, she is wondering about lightweight conditioners.... I told her I would help search for some.

Any advice welcome.

Also, anyone with similar hair types who want to chime in are welcome. Thanks!

She could try the Curls Unleashed leave in conditioner! It has a nice smell and it's very lightweight and moisturizing, I just found I need to moisturize and extra time in the shower to really feed my hair's thirst but it might work for her and they do sell it at Target.

Some good light conditioners are Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture, Komaza Care Aloe My Hair Leave In (love this as a leave in, I skip the rinse out when using this), As I Am leave in (if used in minute amounts), any of the Yes To.. conditioners (I love the Blueberries).
