polyquats in a sulfate shampoo?

What happens if there are polyquats in a sulfate shampoo? My hair normally doesn't like polyquats so I'm wondering what happens if there are polyquats in a shampoo? I thought sulfates washed them out. The polyquat 10 is at the bottom of the ingredient list as well. Does that help?
Medium texture, normal porosity, normal elasticity
I've never used a shampoo with the polyquat at the bottom, so keep this in mind.

Some sulfate shampoos with polyquats have always left a weird film on my hair that I could never quite rinse out. Others (the creamier ones) left my hair soft and not feeling like it had a film on it.

I've had problems with the clear shampoos that contain polyquats in relation to frizz. The creamier ones I tend not to have as much frizz with.

I don't know if this helps any, this is just my personal experience. If you want to try one, you can always return it if you don't like it. I have about 7 bottles I'm returning today or tomorrow to 3 different stores. lol
