I need one that has no mango, soy, or star fruit or chrysanthemum. My daughter is allergic to all 4, and they are all in so many of the different ingredients lists. It also can't smell too strong of perfume/flowers as I myself am allergic to strong flower smells. (we tried the Shea butter shampoo and I thought I would vomit, it smelled like old lady perfume, and then I began to sneeze every time my daughter came near.)
Straight Haired Mama to a CG. Type 3b with some 3a. Two time CG fail, going for round 3 after ruining her hair with Pantene Curl products.
You can try apple cider vinegar & water. Some ladies use that to clarify. Most use 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar & the rest water in a bottle with a straight nozzle. I would use less than a tablespoon personally. You can also use sea breeze to loosen product on your hair & it's less damaging that acv. I have found acv to be damaging to my hair after a horrible experience, but many here use it. You can also use carbonated water to get the same effects of a low poo. I also cannot use a low poo because it dried out my hair just like shampoo can.

Jessicurl no fragrance has a mild lather shampoo that has no fragrance, dyes, or proteins, parbens, silicones,

I tried ACV last time we did CG and it did not work for us. It made her situation a lot worse so I plan not to do that again this time around.

Oh no. Glad I'm not the only one who had an acv fiasco.

MeeBee, how often do you think we should try using the lowpoo? I am thinking we will start with altenating the JC low poo and DevaCare no poo.
