Travel Kits

I'm looking for a good travel kit for a business trip down to Houston? Which ones are your favorites? Best value? Best types of products? Deva's wasn't bad but I'm wondering which others I should look into...

Thanks!
2B/C; very, very thick fine to medium hair; low porosity.

I buy empty plastic travel kits at the store and fill them with my own products. They are pretty cheap, and that way I know I can bring what I need.
2c/3a mix and very fine, normal porosity
Shampoo: Loreal EverSleek Sulfate-free (Only 1 or 2x a week)

CoWash Suave Naturals Coconut or VO5 Kiwi Lime Squeeze

Rinse Out: Giovanni 2chic Avocado and Olive Oil or GVPCB

Leave in: More Suave Naturals Coconut or GVPCB Always diluted with water/epsom salt spray

Products: AG Re:coil with EcoStyler Olive Oil gel or HETT gel

I do the same. That way I also don't need to start fiddling with products that I don't use everyday when I'm travelling. And, I can easily refill them and change between what I think I need this time.

3a/m/iii - waist length wet
Cleanser: Naturelle Volumizing
Conditioner/LI: Garnier Respons Avocadooil and Shea Butter, Schwarzkopf Gliss Ultimate Volume Conditioner
Styling: Eldorado Hairgel Strong
I'm another that just does that too. Easier and cheaper than buying small bottles of stuff.
3b in South Australia.
I did too, I have acne AND wavy hair so it feels like half my packing space was consumed by all these specialised skin care and hair products. I bought little plastic 50ml bottles (plain, pump dispensers and atomisers) so I could take them with me when i go places
Pre Shampoo: Olive Oil
Low Shampoo: Redken Curvaceous Cream Shampoo
Conditioner: Redken Curvaceous Conditioner
Leave in/Oil: Olive Oil/Redken Diamond Oil Conditioner
Styling: AG Recoil Curl Activator, V05 Mega Hold, Cornstarch
Refresh: Redken Fresh Curls Curl Boost
That's probably what I'll end up doing. What kind of bottles do you put cowash (that normally comes in a jar) and gel (that also normally comes in a jar)?

Neither my gel or co-wash comes in a jar, they come in bottles or tubes... But some sets of small plastic bottles also comes with small plastic jars. That might be an option if the products are too solid to pour down a mini-bottle.

I use a spoon to kinda force the gel into the bottle and then tap the bottle on the sink to get it to the bottom. It gets a bit messy.

Well, if you've always wanted to try Jessicurl, everything they make can be had in travel sizes. They have pre-made kits, but could advise and make one specially for you. They've got free shipping on orders of $20 and up just now. NAYY

Hmmm that could be interesting.

In people's experiences, do they sell travel kits at stores or do you need to order online?

The only travel kit of CG products I've seen in a store has been Deva.
