Is it bad to use a keratin conditioner daily?

I'm currently trying to find the right balance of products for my hair (2a) (I recently ****ed it all up and am having to re-find what works) and I am getting totally lost.

I was using Suave Keratin Conditioner daily for about a week, but stopped because I heard that extensive use of keratin conditioners can cause hair loss and thinning. Is this true?
A couple of my "protein" conditioners have keratin in them and my hair certainly isn't thinning! Also not losing hair.
Coarse texture, normal-high porosity, normal elasticity (Komaza Care), very weak waves
cleanser: Redken Fresh Curls Shampoo, CJ Daily Fix

rinse out: GVP Conditioning Balm, CJ Repair Me, CJ Smoothing

jellies/creams: CR Curl Maker, KCCC, UFD Curly Magic
gels: CJ CQ, BRHG

I am not sure how use of keratin conditioners can cause hair loss and thinning. *If* your hair is coarse *too much* protein can make it hard and straw like so it's more prone to breaking but otherwise no. If keratin products caused hair loss and thinning I should be bald by now.
Very fine, high porosity, currently dyed and growing out the relaxed portions. I'm pretty sure my hair's 3b something IIRC. We will be finding out for sure as time goes by.

It's official: My hair just loves Shea Moisture. I use a mixture of products from the Raw Shea Butter, African Black Soap, and Coconut & Hibiscus lines.
