3a with coarse, dry hair looking for a DT

If any of you lovelies have hair like mine and a DT that is working well, I'd love a recommendation! Not too expensive (like Ouidad's DT, which I love, but is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced) because I'd like to use it a few times a month.

My hair is coarse, dry, 3a with what I believe is low porosity, and let me tell you, it needs HELP.

Any other product recs are much appreciated as well...my hair HATES shampoo and even conditioning cleansers seem to upset it. I need moisture!
Have you tried Aubrey organics honeysuckle rose conditioner?
2c/3a, dense, fairly coarse, normal porosity and elasticity, bsl curly, WL wet
Low poo: Giovanni 50 50
Co-wash: down under naturals, tresume naturals
RO: AOHR
LI: Giovanni Direct, Desert Essence curl cream
Stylers: kccc, HE smu, brhg
Oils: coconut, argan or evoo
I have! Nothing in their line worked for me; my hair felt coated but it didn't seem as though it absorbed anything. I'm at the end of my rope with this mop! I'm actually considering The Big Chop.
Hmm. How about shea moisture conditioners? I haven't tried them since they're nearly impossible to find in Canada, but perhaps they'd help you. Or combine a cheaper conditioner your hair likes with aloe and honey for a moisture treatment?

CG-friendly Products List!
I agree with serenecurls you should look into the SM products for a possible DT. I really like the restorative line.
High Porosity, Fine, Thin Density, Low Elasticity
Co-wash, leave in, and gel: Alba botanica coconut cond., ogx mousse, &/or super wet look gel.
Curls
I've been using SheaMoisture's Restorative Conditioner, and it hasn't done anything. I've actually used it as a co-wash and leave in, and it doesn't seem to be having any effect. I think I have low porosity, and that's the problem. Nothing I use seems to moisturize my hair, and many things seem to dry it out! But it's strong and shiny, and not too frizzy, just coarse and dry, dry, dry!
Have you tried mixing equal parts of honey and your regular conditioner together?

I've also enjoyed greek yogurt with aloe vera juice and honey. However, my hair is fine in texture, and tightly curly/coily along with my low porosity.
