White bulbs on my ends?

I know white bulbs on your roots means it's shed hair but what does it mean when there's white bulbs on the ends? I read once that that means it's breakage, is that true?

Split and damaged ends collecting product. It can also happen in on the hair strand itself.
Yeah, I'd say that's a sign of breakage. If you look at people with split ends you'll see their splits are kind of white (especially obvious on those with darker hair).
3A with some 3B thrown in. Medium porosity.
