Need help with flat hair!

I have 3a curls, and I have the same routine everyday. When my hair is wet I finger comb, then apply about a quarter size amount of Miss Jessie's jelly soft curls, then apply Shea Moisture coconut & hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie, then the curl & style milk from the same line. I then diffuse, and for the first couple of hours of the day my hair always looks very good, and i'm happy with it, but after the first couple of hours it falls very flat, and unfortunately everyday I end up putting it up in a bun because I'm not happy with it down. Are there any tips I can use to keep my hair voluminous all day?
Your hair might be too weighed down from the products. Depends on what your hair properties are, you might need something "lightweight heavy", as in it has some weight and slip to line up the curls without frizz, but lightweight enough that it doesn't flatten the cut.

I mostly skip guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, butters and oils overload, but craves good conditioning agents due to my hair properties.
I'm kinda iffy on gel/jelly/pudding products, but my hair seems to be loving mousse. With mousse, I can skip root clipping and still get nice volume. The only jelly/pudding product my hair loves thus far is okra gel. I make it myself so I can adjust what I put into to make my hair behaves the way I want.
