Curly Kinky Knots!

How the devil do I stop these darned single strand knots?! They are pretty frustrating..
I get single strand knots mostly from manipulation damage, especially if I sleep with my hair down, and blow drying. I just cut them off, detangle frequently as gentle as possible and protect my hair at night, try not to let it rub on things.
Thank you! I pineapple my hair at night with a satin scarf but I still get them. I just think its a consequence of really curly hair.
Yup, with the hairs constantly wrapping around each other it's hard to avoid.
I haven't figured it out yet either. My hair isn't even that curly (2b/c), just really long. After combing I will always find a ton of them and they need to be snipped out individually. Infuriating.

Yeah I could see your frustration because your hair isnt as curly as mine. I looked at one if my curls today & the tNgle and knots came from the Mount of product I had on the ends of my hair.
Ugh yeah that happens to me, too when I over manipulate my hair.

I end up getting a lot of hair come out in the shower when that happens, too. Less so when I don't manipulate so much. I think I'm gonna reinvest in some KCKT. Great detangler for sure!
