Heehee, I know what you mean, which is why I now use a turban. Did you watch the Jessicurl video on plopping? That really helps! Also, did you have the t-shirt sideways, like a towel? If so, try doing it this way: Use a big t-shirt,long-sleeved would be even better. Lay it with the neck side facing you, and the bottom part away from you (so lengthwise, not sideways if that makes sense). Bend over and let your hair fall neaar the neck end. Pull the bottom part of the t-shirt over your head so it comes down to your nack. Then take the sleeves, and tie them over the back of your head and bottom end of the shirt. I hope I described it ok. You'll end up with part of the shirt hanging down your back, but it works. It's the only way I can manage to plop in a shirt.

Here's all you have to know about men and women: women are crazy, men are stupid. And the main reason women are crazy is that men are stupid. ~ George Carlin
Ah!! thank you Bailey! I think I can do that. I couldn't get the tshirt sleeves to work right and I think it was that they were too short. I watched the video about 5x before I got it anywhere close to right. It definitely gave me more curl to plop, just don't know what to do with my bangs and part of my hair I'm growing out. They kink up so tight because they're shorter, it looks silly. I had to use a curling iron to de-kink them.
