Default how 80s is my hair?!

i found this photo from a christmas night out...

how HUGE is my hair compared to everyone else in the photo? it was small and normal when the night started off but thats what lots of dancing will do to it

sorry for the randomness, just had to share the photo with people who could sympathise with big hair nights!

p.s. i'm on the far right

If you think your hair is big then my hair is probably gigantic!

I think your hair is so very pretty. Wanna trade?

That's not big '80s hair, this is:

Your hair looks great for having danced the night away! Not big at all.

I agree with the others, not big at all, I think the girls in the picture have flat hair, no body or volume at all in their hair. I like volume and big hair!!

Your hair is not big or anything near 80's! It's long, full of body and curl, it's beautiful! And you stand out among the crowd of straighties!

Now my hair on the other hand, can get VERY big but I love that

I'll fight MH for your hair. Or just steal spacgirl's. Give me all your volume.

You both have fabulous, non-80s hair. Seriously.

Haha thanks girls I wasn't dispondent at my 'big' hair, and I guess you're right - it's not really BIG but I think it just poofed out a lot during the night, because of the heat and humidity in the club. I did start off with soft, shiney ringlets I don't think I have enough hair for it to be really big My hairs thinning as I get older *sob* I'll need to start backcombing to get volume

JUST KIDDING!

Thanks for the comments on the pics tho

Medussa - If I could send you my hair whilst keeping it myself I would, but I don't think you need my curls! The camera adds shine and prettyness I'm sure I'm beginning to fight the transition into spring, not becuase I don't like spring, but it means readjusting my products *sigh* I'm expecting a few weeks of bad hair!

80s hair was WAY bigger than that! You would need lots of hair spray and possibly some teasing, because there would have to be much more volume on the top. Plus, straightened bangs.

You are so adorable! And your hair looks great; I don't think it looks big at all. You stand out in that crowd.

I only wish my hair looked like that after a night of dancing.

Ditto that. I think that's the volume of my hair wet, lol.

It's nice that you can have such nice curls and not be super-voluminous.

Not even close jennyf & spacegirl! For the look we were all going for google "Daisy Mystic Pizza" for images. Actually, Julia Roberts in any film of the 80's: Pretty Woman works too. We were all obsessed with that big hair. I used to get that by...I shudder to say it now...not using conditioner. At all. Yes, until 1993, I did not even use cond'r on my 3B curls. And I blow dried it, & then put steam rollers in it to achieve the Heart look. I wish I could past digital photos on here.

Haha, uh yea, same here. Actually my hair isnt that much bigger than yours, but it's about that big when its mostly wet. But it can get a lot bigger if my hair frizzes at all..then I get the real 80's fro..if I only i lived in that time..

I still want her hair from Pretty Woman. I'd prefer Jennyfurrens but Julia's back then is the bomb too.

Your hair is gorgeous in that pic, as always.

This is 80's hair.

And this is lots of 80's hair along with horrid 80's clothes.
