Neutrogena Triple Moisture Healing Shine Serum

This product was on a list of top 5 products for curly.
Seems like everything on the list has cones though and I have been on CG routine for about 4 years now.

Are these cones water-soluble in this product? I think they are not, but could some one who is good at this let me know for sure please?

Ingredients:
Cyclopentasiloxane, Hexamethyldisiloxane, Dimethiconol, Cyclohexasiloxane, Phenyl Trimethicone, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Olive Fruit Oil (olea europaea), Meadowfoam Seed Oil (limnanthes alba), Sweet Almond Oil (prunus amygdalus dulcis), BHT, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Fragrance

Thank You for your time.

Cheers,
SDL
They aren't water soluble and, in fact, are some of the hardest to remove. "Xane" cones are generally the most evil of the cones.

That sounds like one of the worst products as far as silicones, and build up are concerned!

Please excuse any typos. For the time being, we are blaming it on my computer.
Thanks you both so much for confirming what I thought.
I won't be trying it for sure.

I wonder why the majority of drugstore products all have
a dearth of cones! I always end up coming back to Jessicurl products
and Elucence Conditioner.
I guess I will have to get my hair products online and
pay the shipping and handling for the rest of my life as I just
can't find anything that works for me that I can walk/drive to a store and
purchase.

Thanks again ladies and have a good weekend.
