Haircut today!

Wish me luck. Im going to get my bad haircut fixed today by the girl whose given me really good cuts in the past. It has to go really short though. Gonna get a curly bob. She blow dries and flat irons to make sure everything is perfect which works for me because my hair curls different on different days.
Good luck!!

So much better! Went home and washed and styled curly.
That looks great. A good cut makes a HUGE difference.

I'm definitely a "curly" 2c. Sometimes curly and sometimes just wavy upper layer with a ringlety under layer. My hair has been thick and coarse since birth. Strawberry blonde in color that can and does change depending on the type and amount of light.

All in all, I'm happy with my hair type but almost for sure think yours is prettier.
i love it!

I didn't even want to take a picture of before. It looked like I had a shaggy mullet. She had to take some length off, she stacked the back, blended the layers with point cutting.
Now I feel like I have something I can work with!

I really like the cut. I have been debating to cut or not to cut. Seeing your cut gives me hope that it may turn out well!

I did the "DIY layered haircut" thing the other day. I had been doing that before going CG but gave it up because it actually creates a V shape in the back of the hair and I liked a more "blunt" look. I wanted to try it again, however. That's because I saw some really, REALLY pretty pictures on the Long Hair Forums of people who have "V shaped hair" and thought "that's not so bad; that actually looks GOOD". Anyway, I cut a couple of inches off the total and then did another section at the top and cut a small amount more off and it looks really good, if I do say so myself.

It looks really nice, you have pretty curls. I like curly bobs and tried going a bit shorter just before Christmas but it just doesn't seem to look or sit right on me, not fair!
3b in South Australia.
Thanks, I am really digging it. Still experimenting with different products. My hair is behaving kinda weirdly since i started taking spironolactone a few weeks ago.
