Default American Idol Jordin Sparks curls

Hi everyone

I'm not a straight hater, and i don't oppose curlies going straight once in a while, but I really wish they would leave Jordins hair alone! That girl looks extraordinarily beautiful with her curls, they just suit her gorgeous face. I thought she looked like so many other people look with her straightened hair on Idol this week. Her curls are lovely, and I think they add to her beauty. The straight look aged her I feel. The same phenomena was evident with lLeona Lewis on X factor. Her hair makes her look even more amazing. When they straightened her for Over the Rainbow, she looked almost ordinary

What do you guys think?

Oh I agree. Don't get me wrong her hair looked beautiful straight, very shiny, soft, etc. But it's also a very bland and generic look, and I felt it took away from her beauty and personality. The curls she has add emphasis to her bubbly, bright, energetic personality and frame her gorgeous face. The straight hair just hung there, it almost made her look sad.

As pretty (and healthy!) as her hair looked straight, her gorgeous curls just seem to suit her and her personality. Although I think they could shave that girl bald and she would still be gorgeous!

Right? And she's so young! My boyfriend is shocked that she JUST turned 17 recently and is already drop dead beautiful in a womanly way. He thought there was something wrong with him and ashamed to admit how beautiful she is. I was like "Honey, look at her, she's got a gorgeous face, beautiful hair, a beautiful body with non stop curves...no one can deny it!"

But back to her hair. I hope she goes back curly. I even liked it when they loosed the curls a bit. They still looked bouncy and thick. I really hope she doesn't abandon them.

It would be nice to know her curly routine and the products she uses. What do you think her hair type is? 3b?

I actually prefer her hair wavy over really curly or straight. Something about the way the natural curls fall just seems a little off to me. Maybe it's my tv. Or maybe I'm thinking about Sabrina, she with the random hair and the fascinating nose. Jordin had a really nice updo once. I wouldn't mind seeing more of those.

Well, Jordin did have her hair straightened when it was 60's British Invasion Week. It was reflective of the genre.
