So I have been using a Sulfate free shampoo for so long, and my hair has started looking dry, etc, and I used Suave Clarifying and my hair looks so much different/better. Can you guys give me suggestions on some of your favorite Sulfate shampoos please? Thanks so much ♥

Probably Mixed Chicks. Many of their products were just too light for my high density, medium-textured hair, but the shampoo seemed to work all the same. I'm not a fan of lather because I now know that it's a no-no for me, but occasionally (once every 2 months or so) I use it to get a *good*, nice cleansing of my hair. When I use it I have no doubts whatsoever that my hair is clean, and it even gives it a nice shine. It *does* feel a little stripped, as it is a normal shampoo and contains sodium laureth sulfate (or whatever it's called). But if I were ever to use a sulfate shampoo, this is my go-to. I think I'm slightly addicted to the smell (couldn't describe it to save my life, but it's pleasant and fresh), and it lathers up a *whole lot*, but I try to just get my hair clean and get it out so I can get back to conditioning my hair as it needs.

But Mixed Chicks is my only sulfate shampoo. I think I *should* add that I have had this bottle since I went CG, because as soon as I learned that shampoos were bad I dropped it like it was hot. But I have gotten into using it occasionally!

Always looking for second, third, etc hair!
My favourite shampoo with sulphates is The Body Shop Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo. Even though it has SLS, my hair does seem to like this shampoo, especially if I need to remove buildup, or if I am really itchy!
Canadian - 2A/2B - chin length, med/avg porosity, medium texture, thick density (but thinning due to hypothyroidism)
Group fitness instructor & marathon runner - need to wash daily
Low-poo: Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat, Jessicurl Gentle Lather Shampoo

RO: Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat, Tresemmé Perfectly Undone
LI: Tresemmé Perfectly Undone

Garnier Fructis Pure Clean is good, and if you wanted to co wash the conditioner is excellent. Tresseme Naturals has a low sulfate shampoo. Also tresseme perfectly undone is supposed to be good for wavy and curly types. I currently use One N' Only's Shiny Silver Ultra, but I'm blonde and I bleach my hair.
Dreamer, Disnerd, Fansie, and I'm a Mormon
