Could someone double check these products for a new curly girl?

I'm starting I think a modified CG method so I need to buy a new shampoo with no sulfates in. I'm looking at the

Skin Blossom Complete Care Shampoo
Aqua (Water), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Decyl Glucoside, Coco Glucoside, Benzyl Alcohol, Glycerin**, Sodium Chloride, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice Powder*, Sucrose Laurate, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil*, Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Oil*, Citrus Limonum (Lemon) Oil*, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil*, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Sweet Orange) Oil*, Cymbopogon Martinii (Palmarosa) Oil*, Parfum*, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Oil*, Sodium Benzoate, Dehydroacetic Acid, Tocopherol, Alcohol, Citric Acid, Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool
Skin Blossom Complete Care Conditioner
Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Glycerin**, Isopropyl Myristate, Pentaclethra Macroloba Seed Oil*, Benzyl Alcohol, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice Powder, Cetyl Palmitate, Cocoglycerides, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil*, Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Oil*, Citrus Limonum (Lemon) Oil*, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil*, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Sweet Orange) Oil*, Cymbopogan Martini (Palmarosa) Oil*, Parfum*, Sodium Benzoate, Tocopherol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool
It says on both descriptions:
98.85% natural & free from ingredients like SLS, SLES, ALS, Phylates, Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, DMDM, PEGS, Silicones, synthetic colour & fragrance, Urea, DEA, MEA, TEA & Glycols.

I'm quite happy with that and would like to buy it, it's a fair price for a decent sized tub with a pump bottle. However I would like to follow CG method as much as I can so I thought I'd ask your opinions

Watch out for the sulfate in the shampoo and alcohol in the conditioner. Other than that, they look promising👍🏽

The shampoo does contain a sulfate, but it appears to be a highly diluted one. I found some information here. I think that it is kind of disingenuous to say that it is free of things like SLS, etc.

I would say that if you want to follow the CG method as much as possible, you probably want to avoid this shampoo. If you try CG and find that your hair just isn't getting as clean as you like, then this shampoo might be a good one to try, since it looks like the sulfate that it contains is a gentler one.

EDIT: The benzyl alcohol does not appear to be a drying alcohol, though it's not like a fatty alcohol. See a thread here.
Low poo: Intelligent Nutrients (IN) Harmonizing; Oribe Cleansing Creme
RO: IN Harmonizing
LI: As I Am; CJ Beauticurls
Stylers: IN Straight Hair Serum; IN Volumizing Foam; IN Volumizing Spray; IN Styling Gel; IN Perfect Hold Hairspray
