Denman brushes?

I have two brushes (one a big paddle brush and the other a small...brushy...brush...?), and a curly friend recently told me that denman brushes are better to use.

So I went on Amazon (#collegestudentlife) to find one cheap and discovered that there are a wide variety of types, and I have no clue which I should get. Is there some sort of system to determining which brush is best for certain hair types? Or is it all a matter of preference?

Hi

I recommend the Denman D3 brush. It has a black handle, a red base and white bristles. I love that brush. It makes my curls clump the way I want them to, and help with definition. In my experience make sure to use it with soaking wet hair for the best results.

Thank you! I was recommmended that one also by the lady at Sally's and purchased it, and got crazy good definition! I love this thing!
