Anyone use the B&A method of washing/application/styling

I tried this method with my own products, and I like it. It doesn't make my hair look any wavier, but it does make it look thicker, cleaner and healthier - the opposite of what I got with CG, which made it look thin, stringy and greasy. Healthy-looking hair is more important to me than the amount of wave or curl.

I wonder if this method is better for thinner hair types, and not so good for thicker-haired ones.
oy, now i am going to try this method....... off to go brush my hair! and i cant wait to shampoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (i think my hair wants to be clean again).

Today is the 4th time I've used a brush (over a couple weeks) and my hair is fuller and boucier than I'm ever able to get it without brushing. My curls are still not as fat as the stylist got them, but they are a little better than normal. But, that's probably due to brushing twice. After I brushed the first time, I flipped over and messed it up trying to get it to hang down, so I brushed it a second time gently upside down.

I actually left my hair down today (which doesn't normally happen).

Malory, my hair is super-thick so I think this could work for any texture. I still do it, but without shampooing. I just colored my hair and that always makes it much smoother so I'm curious how it's going to come out with this technique.
Modified CG. You'll pry my 'cones from my cold dead fingers! Mixed waves, coarse, below shoulder length, dark brown. I hate my hair but I'm trying to learn to accept it.

Gels: LA Looks Wet Look Styling Gel, Garnier Fructis Wet Shine Gel. Condish: Alberto V05 Free Me Fresia, Tresemme' Flawless Curls, LVPNG, Neutrogena Triple Moisture. Shampoo: Tresemme' Flawless Curls. Silicone Serum: Whatever is on sale, but I don't leave home without it.
I read this, and watched the video, and had to have it all!!~ I started with the method right away with my own products: Herbal Essences Citrus Lift Shampoo, Pantene Pro-V Hydrating Curls conditioner, and Physique Curl Creating Gel. I noticed an improvement in my hair the first time I did this. I had less frizz, and maybe a bit more curl. I got my B&A from Curlmart in less than 72 hours!@! Today was the first time I used it. I do have less frizz, but also less curl. I'm a 2b, and would like to have more curl, but if I had to choose less frizz or more curl, I'd go with less frizz every time! I like the way it all smells, and the ingredients look good to me, tho I don't think they are CG. I can't do CG, it gives me a weird bald spot.
I use my regular products, and do my regular routine, but I do quite frequently run a brush through just maybe half my hair. My hair, with very little scrunching, breaks into small curls. After all my application (products) and scrunching, while still hanging upside down, I'll brush through the last half of my hair to make my clumps bigger. If I start at my head, I get bigger, curlier, fuller, but very WONKY curls!
