Favorite Hair Product for Curly Hair!

I just gave the link to may favorite hair product to my new hairdresser. He totally gets curly hair. I have been using merci gelle since I was 12 and I have not found anything that works better!

I can't find it in stores anymore and I am so thankful they sell it online! I get asked all the time what I use on my hair..... and usually in the public bathrooms, so I wanted to share with fellor curly hairers. I hope they don't ever go out of business.... I don't know what I will do? It is the only product that holds down my frizz but does not make my hair crunchy and hard. Most products I have tried are too light and won't hold my curl or are too greasy! This makes my curls look really natural and is not too expensive as I go though a bottle a week or so. I have to cover all my hair which is just past my shoulders.

I use the Merci Gelle' Extra Control Styling Mousse Alcohol Free. All of their products are alcohol free so they won't dry out my already dry curly hair.

Here is the link:

My hairdresser recommended Halo, but I have never used that before. I am curious if anyone has tried that? I shared my mouse with my fellow curly haired sister and her hair finally is under control. I totally recommend Merci Gelle! They upgraded their site and I get my order really fast!
Hm the link isnt working dang it!

I was wondering if u could describe the product more....what does it smell like? Is it creamy or foamy? Foamy mousses that evaporate fast when you rub it into hands never work very well for me. Do you need to use any other products with it to maintain ur curl all day?

Thanks for the info!

If u could post ingredients that would be greatly appreciated as well... Especially since it would be quite the commitment if I can't end up using it (since it appears u have to buy a case/ 6 cans at a time).

I will check the ingredients at home and post them. The mousse it the right consistency, not too heavy or light.

I started looking around at the site and recognized the vital care mousse, my cousin uses it, and I remember that it has cones, so i wouldn't use it. Hopefully this line is different, keep us informed please.
