I've got another question. Pixi curl?

I have searched and cannot find a description of the pixi curl method. Is there an article or tutorial on it? I don't know what it is! Thanks again!
If you focus on the negative not only is that what you'll see, that's what you'll be.
Pixicurl is one of the members here and this is her method of diffusing. I'm hopeless at doing links, just try doing a search and I'm sure you'll find all the info.
I was curious about this too and PM'd Pixiecurl to find out.

She described her method:
Using the bowl of the diffuser to scrunch up a section to the root and then turning on the heat, once that section is dry diffusing with cool air to set it, then switching of the hairdryer before moving the bowl away.
Basically it means you arent blowing your curls all around with random air flow.
It seems to work for lots of curlies on her and so got aptly named the pixiecurl method.
I think she said she does it upsidedown too but I'm not sure.
My description probably isn't that great sorry.

I tried it and it worked beautifully! How do you avoid the "parting" that happens at the scalp though? It clumped so well that I'm seeing a lot of skin!

I think she does that bit upsidedown so it's not such a straight part.
Not sure tho

Yes, I think she diffuses upside down. And the key to her method is to only move the dryer when it's shut off.
