Heya!

Has anyone compared using Nioxin versus taking Biotin supplements? What kind of results did you get. I'm a little thin on top & my new stylist rec'ed the Nioxin which I've used for a few days (no Bugs Bunny ode to Barber of Seville sprouts yet) but I like how my hair feels and it does look a little thicker. I was just wondering if treating the problem from the inside out would be better or to do both.
