Hair typing question

Ok. When I let my hair dry naturally, in some places it makes long ringlets, and in others, big waves. I think part of this may be due to my haircut.

After I wet or "wash" my hair, I put in my recoil and some HE TT gel on top. I then let it dry and I get amazingly shiny, bouncy, ringlet-y type curls all over my head. The underneath doesn't make complete curls, but small waves. I think with more growth it might.

Point is, unaided= not so curly as wavy. Aided=darling little spirals.

WHat hair type am I? When I last saw Michelle, she said 2b, but that was on a day where I hadn't done anything to encourage the curl. What state do you determine how your hair is?
You do not lead by hitting people over the head-that's assault, not leadership. -Dwight Eisenhower
I use an average hair day with my products in to determine what my hair type is.
If we all did it with no product in I suspect we'd all be something entirely different.
We'd need a poofball category
2c/3a?
Low porosity, medium texture.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
