Pretty much EVERYTHING...
Since discovering NC.COM,
no more:
flat ironing
weekly blowouts
6 week haircuts
drying alcohol
mousse
Rave 2 hair spray
Pantene
L.A Looks Curl Spray
L'Oreal Pumping Curls
shampoo
rubbing my hair dry with a towel after a shower
wrapping my hair in a towel turban-style
silicones
hair dryer
applying products to dry hair
touching my hair til it's DRY
combing my wet hair after a shower
wearing my hair in a ponytail all the time
getting it blown out for special occasions, now I proudly wear my luscious curls down for them!!
but most of all, NC.com taught me to accept my curly hair and learn how to enhance what I've got, rather than trying to change it into something it's not meant to be!!!

The 2 biggest things are 1) that I have become obsessed with curly hair and "scope" the curls everywhere I go and 2) That I like my own hair a lot better and feel like I've come out of the closet.
And of course:
No cones or sulfates
No blowdrying straight - I even travel without a blowdryer now!
Microfiber towel
plopping
a house full of hair products
checking NC.com all the damn time!!
I now know how long it takes my hair to dry, and its a really long time.
I am less worried about the amount of hair that comes out of my hair in the shower because I know I'm not alone.

Changes I've made since finding nc.com. I now:
-read the ingredients on products
-only use moisturizing things on my hair
-have learned how to pixie diffuse(with a diffuser never knew what that was before lol)
-usually air dry my hair
-do a weekly DT with heat
-avoid protein(it transforms my hair into straw)
-don't brush my hair dry
-scrunch with paper towels to speed up the drying process
-rinse my hair upside down for more volume at the roots
-love my curls (I used to be so ashamed of my curls).
-have stopped coloring with harsh hair dyes or chemically processing my hair
-use more natural ingredients
-wash my hair less frequently
-use mainly water soluble ingredients to avoid build up problems
-massage my scalp with conditioner and tea trea oil or use Jessicurls Stimulating Scalp Massage Oil ( I used to have problems with having a dry itchy scalp but not anymore)
-listen to my hair
And
-am obsessed with hair (goes without saying)
So I choose the "changed everything!" option.

Learn to appreciate waves and using great products form NC.com.
Cut off my long hair that was dragging down my waves.
Never ever use henna again.
Started to read all I can on hair care here on NC.

No more:
Blowdrying, flat ironing, sulfates, cones, brushes, terry towels, wet
haircuts, touching my hair, washing everyday
Always:
Pineapple at night, comb hair in shower with wide tooth comb and lots of conditioner, letting my hair grow, going to Deva salon, read product labels, notice and encourage other curlies

Everything from brushing to sleeping on satin
I was straightening everyday for YEARS. The more cones the better!
Oh wait, I have always slept in a pineapple

basically I sleep with a scrunchie on the top of my head. A ponytail on top instead of the back of your head! Looks like a pineapple!!

After my hubby finally convinced me to try to go with my waves/curls (but without products, bless his heart ), I stumbled on nc.com and my hair hasn't been the same since!
The changes are too numerous but are like so many here that have already posted.
Thanks nc.com !

Well, I'm still learning all the tips, but I don't shampoo my hair anymore, just condition!
I can't wait to make more changes!

.........Oh and another thing is, I dont hold onto length just for the sake of having long hair. Especially if you have see-through ends. Cut it off.

Every single thing has been changed completely.
No: sulfates, silicones, combs, ripping through curls, blow drying w/o diffuser
Now: CO washes, brushing when hair is wet only, using natural ingredients, plopping, pineapples

I still shampoo, but only 2-3 times a week now, versus daily, & with something moisturizing as in low to no sulfate, so that's the first change.
I scrunch products into wet to damp hair trying to get the best clumping versus just putting in mousse & having a who-the-hell-cares attitude, so that's the second change.
I now use more than just mousse & a daily rinse-out & leave-in conditioner, thanks to this site bringing out the PJism in me :P, & all products contain light silicones, so that's the third change.
Uhm, I think that's it.
