Default 3b hair & Kinky Curly Custard

Hi,
Does anyone know if this works for 3b hair? I've been doing a little research on this & it seems like a multi-beneficial product. I just want a product that I can layer over a leave-in conditioner & be done! Thanks for any input on this- the $25 price tag is a little daunting, so want opinions first!

I have 3b/c hair and I like this product; it's my second favorite.

I use it alone. Although it's very light-feeling on my hair it somehow elongates my hair and keeps the curls from crinkling up. It gives me sort of a "wet look" but lasts throughout the day with no frizz (for me).

If you're hesitant to plunk down big $$$ do what I did - keep checking the Swapper board for someone selling or trading the product.

Would *I* pay full price for it? Ummm, maybe. I just don't think it's *that much better* than my beloved (but not CG) Amplifier.

No more PJ tendencies. Tigi Curls Rock Curl Amplifier is the best thing to make my curls rock all day! Next best are KCCC and Re:Coil +HE TT Gel.

My curls are more 3a-b than Godgivenperm's. The KCCC also gave me a bit of a wet look, but it doesn't provide a lot of hold. Since my hair tends to frizz, the KCCC didn't work as well for me but I did like it as an alternative to gel. It smells great! Also, most people only need to use a very small amount to get the desired effect so that single tub should last you a long time.

I tried going with a leave-in & KCCC a few times and inevitably finished the day with massive frizzy hair, BUT I also need a super hard hold gel to prevent frizz.

I think it's worth trying, especially since the ingredients are so good.
