hey,
actually i wanted to go no poo but i figured out that once in a while i have to wash my hair with shampoo because I noticed that my hair when i only use conditioner tends to be not as curly as when i use a curls shampoo before i use conditioner ,for instance the curl shampoo from pantene I know that pantene has cones in it so i'm kind of confused has anyone had similar experiences with the no shampoo routine?and my other question i know that you should avoid "sodium lauryl sulfate/sodium laureth sulfate" in that curl shampoo i use by pantene it says "ammonium lauryl sulfate /ammonium laureth sulfate"is that supposed to be the same

Ammonium lauryl or laureth sulfate is also a strong detergent. Not the same as sodium, but similar.
