Paul Mitchell Quick Drying Sculpting Glaze

Does anyone know if the Paul Mitchell Quick Drying Sculpting Glaze would be CG or not...I know it's full of silicones, but are they water soluble...all of them seem to have PEG listed in front:

Water, Polyquaternium-11, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/Hedychium Coronarium (White Ginger)/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Panthenol, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/Algae/Aloe/Barbadensis Leaf/Anthemis Nobilis/Lawsonie Inermis (Henna)/Simmondsia Chenesis (jojoba)/Rosmarinus Officinalis Rosemary)/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Wheatgermamidopropyl Ethyldimonium Ethosulfate, Cicamido-propyl Betaine, Propelene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Hydoxyethylcelulose, Fragrance, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbanate

My hair responds well to Polyquat 11 and this is high on the list, so I picked this up. It reminds me of the consistency of B&A gel.

I have some and have always thought it was CG. I'm not an ingredients expert by any means, though, so maybe you can get a better answer. That reminds me that I need to pull this out and try it again.

Is this product quicker drying than gels?

Have had my hair short for almost a year now. No regrets! Still loving it!
I haven't used it yet, but I will report back on if it dries my hair any quicker!

It's a very thin gel similar to Aveda flax seed gel so it probably does dry quicker than a thicker gel. From what I remember, though, it doesn't have near the hold the Aveda does.

I wonder if it might work if a little stronger gel is put on top? The Mop Top works great for me like that, BUT the only reason I do it that way with the Mop Top is because it is so curl enhancing and I like the way it makes my hair look so I don't mind using 2 gels. I don't remember this PM gel being curl enhancing at all or doing anything great for the look of my hair though, so might not be worth it.

Yea, it was pretty good at controlling frizz but I still felt like I had big poofy hair I wanted to like it so bad...I'll give it a try again sometime, but I used by good old standby DevaCurl line....I just can't seem to find anything that gives me the same results.
