Default Wish List (and UK Problems!)

Hi I thought I would note down my hair wish list. I hear about so many great products on her but can't seem to get any in the UK!

Does anyone else have a wishlist? I can't get those so I have to just try other things - there don't really seem to be too many people on here from the UK but if there are people who know where I could get these things it would be great to know!

For now, I am going to try the Boots microfibre towel though I'm not sure how big it is, but it's a great price (about 3 if I remember correctly)! I can always use it at the gym if it's no good for my hair.

Biggest wishlist item -- I'm hoping to find a Deva trained stylist in MA has experience working with hyper-curly 3c/4a hair so I can safely put my head into his her hands. There are a few up here, but they could be all wave/botticelli curl friendly only.

As a PJ I am constantly rainchecking. Here's my want to try list:

Murumuru butter
Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol Plus DT
BB Soy Cleansing Cream
Organics Texture My Way Curlkeeper (can't find in my area)
MyHoneyChild products
The as-yet-unreleased Miss Jessies products
The new as-yet unreleased Curls product
Batia & Aleeza Gel
LA Looks Gel (Sport)
Naani Gel
Aphogee Treatment (Damaged hair)

I want to try EVERYTHING just once. I really want to try Anita Grant products that are available in the UK. I could get them here but shipping prices. Here's link so you can check it out.

Hi CurlyJoviFan! You can actually get Jessicurl from http://www.naturalfrizz.co.uk/ or www.foundationz.co.uk. HTH

That's something new. Isn't it typical how we always want things we can't have! Thanks for the link...it looks like I have some serious saving to do to get all these things!

Sure. I actually got bored of not being about to get all the fab products advertised on this site yesterday, and ordered a Nicky Clarke Waves Cream Mousse from Boots just to try something new!

I hope it is new...I have ordered things so many times before thinking I hadn't tried it before, only to find I have tried it and it was rubbish!!

ugh!

I know your pains with the UK... i've spent a small fortune trying to find the holy grail products from the other side of the pond!! I've kind of given in now, as much as i love trying different products there is little substitue for gentle handling and a little TLC.

I decided about a month back that i was going to find an all UK routine and so far i'm loving it! Heres what i'm using:

The body shop honey moisturing shampoo (SLS free, is very gentle and feels like a conditioner when you apply it, i use this about once a week on my entire length and just do scalp washes at other times)
The body shop honey moisturing conditioner (lovely lovely lovely!! It has the A cone in it but its pretty low down the list and doesn't build up on my hair)
For my styling i mix together garnire fructis curls and shine leave-in with Boots curl cream and scrunch!

The garnier fructis stuff (from what i can tell) is only available on the web but its a UK based site so no silly shipping fees! I can't find the webpage where i brought it now... i'll let you know if/when i do!

CurlyJoviFan, there is a site that sells a few US products such as Jessicurl and Jane Carter, it's really great! I've used it a few times to buy Jessicurl Too Shea, postage is cheap and products are no more expensive than in the US!

http://www.naturalfrizz.co.uk

Hope that helps! You can now try Jessicurl Rocking Ringlets

ETA: Just realised someone has already posted the link I'm sure I didnt see it first time when I scrolled down. Sorry!

Thanks so much GrecianCurls for an insight into your routine. That sounds good, I never even thought of the Body Shop!

Thanks to jennyfurrens too, I am considering that. Wish I could get it same day though, I'm so impatient I want to try it NOW! lol

Gretchen, I know and I haven't forgotton. As I said I am impatient and would love to find somewhere in the UK who stocks these things!
