Default I need help with Garnier Fructis conditioner

I am still pretty new to CG. I have spent about 2 hours looking at this board and reading the fab list of common ingredients included. Anyway, I am searching for a conditioner. I was at Sams and I found Garnier Fructis Fortifying Cream Conditioner for color treated or permed hair. Here is the list of ingredients on the back.

aqua/water, cetyl alcohol, peg-180, behentrimonium chloride, niacinamide, saccharium officinarum/sugar cane extract, hydroxyethylcellulose, trideceth-12, chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, camellia sinensis/camellia sinensis leaf extract, lanolin, linalool, amodmethicone, pyrus malus/apple fruit extract, pyrodoxine HCL, cetyl esters, methyparaben, citric acid, cetrimonium chloride, citrus limonum/lemon peel extract, lauryl peg/ppg 18/118 methicone, parfum/fragrance

Ok, so I see that the three bolded things, when they are all three present, are listed as being water soluble in the bottle on the ingredient list....so that makes them OK, right???? I see another 'cone, lauryl peg 18/118 methicone but that is also listed as water soluble so that is ok???

BTW-this ingredient list is very different from the list I found on the drugstore.com listing for the same product so I do not know if it is a different formulation or that listing is inaccurate or what. (I. E, I had to type it all out so I am sure I spelled some stuff wrong)

I so want to make this work and it would be great if I can get it on a budget. I got 40 oz for under $7 at Sams. I wish I could afford to buy everything at the Mart, but I am trying to convince 2 of my teenage girls with mid-back hair to go super curly so we will need gobs of product! I can not afford to 'fall in love' with re;coil! (I know you do not use much, tell that to the girls!)
