Default Chemists: Am I defining my curls or building a bomb?

I've been getting fairly good results from J Beverly Hills Crazy Curl defining serum...as long as I don't mix it with DevaCurl products for more than a few days at a time. I could look up each ingredient one by one, but I bet curly chemists can eyeball the list and say yay or nay.

On a scale of 1 to 10:
1 being Destroy now or end up on a terrorist watch list for acquiring dangerous chemicals;
5 being Not the greatest ingredients, not the worst, fine for somebody who shampoos regularly;
10 being Curl utopia elixir of everlasting life;

How does this rank? I'll assume anything over 6 can work with a sulfate-free cleanser.

deionized water, VP/Dmapa acryates copolymer, cyclomethicon, polyquaternium 11, polyquaternium-37, styrene/butadiene copolymer, parfum, polysorbate 60, jojoba seed oil, propylene glycol, cicaprylate/dicaprate, cetearyl alcohol, PPG-1, trideceth-6, C12-15, alkyl benzoate, helianthus annus (hybrid sunflower oil), panthenol, bacopa monniera-extract, lavender extract, pvp/dimethylamino-ethylmethacrylate copolymer, cinnamidopro-pyltrimonium chloride, chitosan, butelyne glycol, methylisothiazolinone, methyl-chloroisothiazonlinone

At least I'm not one of those people who bump posts after only 30 minutes.

Anthro, I am by no means an expert curly chemist but from the looks of the ingredients, I'm thinking the cyclomethicone is one of the more difficult to get out cones and requires a sulfate poo. Everything else seems ok, I guess but like I said I'm no expert.
If your hair is ok with an occ. sulfate poo and you have been getting good results with it, I say, hey, why not?
The rating would have to depend on how your hair reacts to these kind of things. For me, it would be a 1 or 2 since I can't sulfate poo often and my hair is funny about cones.
