Gel that's CG and stands up to the humidity?
I have tried so far-- B&A, which was GREAT a few weeks ago when it was still cool out, but a no-go now. Tried Aveda Flax Seed Aloe but does not work for me (on the swap board). Just picked up LA Looks Sport because it was so cheap.
Any CG friendly gels that anyone can suggest? I've been reading a lot about the BRHG- is the new formula CG friendly and most importantly, does it work in the muggy summer months? What about the Abba Weightless?
Thanks for your help ladies!!

I have heard good things about BRHG. I haven't tried it yet though. I like Devacurl Angell when it's humid. As long as I apply it to my hair when it's soaking wet, I get really good results with it.

I recently got out my BRHG for the first time in ages and was very impressed by it. Good clumping and great humidity resistance. Yes, it is crunchy!

I just started using BRHG again my self - I forgot how crunchy this stuff was. YIKES. I think I might have gone a bit overboard this morning because over the weekend I was a bit frizzy so I over compensated....silly me!

Yes, I tend to have a heavy hand with stylers and I need to be a bit restrained with BRHG. It does make my hair look nice, though.

hmmm...maybe I'll have to go ahead a buy yet another gel. I've been eyeing the BRHG but refrained because I have so much other stuff! I bought the blue sport LA Looks yesterday since it was so cheap and figured I would give that a try. If that doesn't work, BRHG it is.

Lately, this gel has been leaving me with something to be desired, especially when I go out on a windy day. I might just have to make the switch back to my HE gels! I believe those are also CG friendly, btw, in case you wanted another option. Good luck. Let us know how it works out for you!

The BRHG is pretty strong & crunch for me, too. This is why I just use a tiny bit of it over a lighter, curl enhancing gel just for the extra hold.

I picked up a bottle of the BRHG last night and will try today. It's not humid here today, go figure, but since it's new and in my stash I have to try it anyways!! :P I did try the LA Looks Sport yesterday and got good results. I'll let you know how it works!
