I'm trying to figure out if my hair is overcondtioned. Yesterday I did an ACV rinse, which seemed to help, and today I didn't use a leave-in. I accidently left my turban on for an extra 10 minutes and my hair is once again soft and fluffy! :x Someone better come over here and hide the scissors!

It's a struggle isnt it? Now it's much cooler so I dont know if my 'better' hair (and I am using that term loosely) is because of that or doing the no sulphate poos and lighter cond the past two days.

It absolutely is! I don't think my hair has ever been overconditioned so this all new territory for me.
