Tangled Cotton Candy

That's what my hair is like today. It's never been so tangly before, yet I've not changed products or my routine at all. I even cut off 2 inches the other day to get rid of damaged ends. This situation has come up in the last 3 weeks, but the humidity isn't any higher than it was 2 months ago. I just don't get it....

Does it feel either really dry or really soft? If it feels dry you might have protein buildup.

...and if it feels really soft, it might be over-conditioned.

I had this happen to my hair a few months ago. I did an apple cider vinegar rinse to correct the problem.

It feels dry but I don't have protein in any of my products. Must be something with the weather. I will do Lemon Aid today and see what happens.

I just got a h/c on Sat and my stylist used a sulfate shampoo, I've been rather frizzy / icky ever since! I would recommend a DT and give it a week or so to get back to normal...next time I go for a trim, I'm packing my own low poo.
