Mostly I use Elucence MBS. So gentle and moisturizing, and it smells delicious! I usually wash with this twice a week or so.

I also have Elucence Volume Clarifying, HE Body Envy, and Aveda Hair Detoxifier for occasions I feel I need a stronger shampoo. I very rarely use these ones, though.

Aveda's Be Curly, but after reading all these posts my PJ thinks I need to try EMBS!!

You've got one of the better ones, just so you know (in my opinion, at least).

I haven't heard of the CON- where do you get it?

Someone wanted a drugstore rec? I use Johnson and Johnson's Soothing Naturals Hair and Body Wash maybe once a month/every six weeks or so. Way cheap and widely available -- baby section of walgreens, CVS, Harmon, etc. It's much gentler than your basic drugstore 'poo, but not as gentle as the no-poos.

Ingredients: Water, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Glucoside, Acrylates Copolymer, Di-PPG-2 Myreth-10 Adipate, Tocopherol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Sodium Cocoyl Amino Acids, Glycine
My favorites are B2B Jasmine Curl Refresh, Phytonectar ultra moist., and Jessicurl HCC are my faves and in a rotation.

For clarifying (about once a month) I use Neutrogena Anti-Residue.
