Default Got a compliment last night!

My husband invited over a couple of his buddies from work and one of his buddies girlfriends last night. We really it hit off, the girlfriend and I, and as the night progressed we somehow got onto the subject of hair. She's a straighty and said she wished she could get her hair to curl like mine! She said it was the first thing she noticed about me, was envious and even admitted that she thought she wasn't going to like me because of it. My hair has been shock lately at the sudden rise in humidity so I made sure to tell her how much her comment meant to me. She just made my night.

XD Most of the people in my school straighten their hair every day.

But when they try to wear it curly its so fried and ugly, that it's just one giant frizzball even with the best products.

I get comments every day on how people are jealous, and they want my hair. It doesn't make me feel exceptionally good or anything, I expect it.

But anyways, just think of your hair as unique, and straight haired folks want curly hair but can't get it. And whenever they look at you they are silently jealous. =) It's true!

The funny thing is, before I knew of my curl potential, her hair is what I use to want.

I love getting compiments about my hair! Last night at my mom's birthday party my (who has like the straightest hair EVER) said that my curls were one of a kind and that I was lucky to have them. It made me so happy, especially coming from someone whos opinion I really respect.

It's great to get compliments on your curls. I get them all the time, so many more now then when I used to straighten. I wish I had realixed then that people would kill for my curls...I could have save myself a lot of time.

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free, maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.
