Default Lemon aid

Hi guys,
Since I'm new here please bear with me. I have just started the CG routine. I'm washing my hair with water every morning and leaving in some conditioner (I'm using the strictly curls conditioner by Marc anthony; I know it's not the best but I have to finish the bottle). Then I'm plopping and scrunching and then air drying. However, I'd like to do the 'Lemon aid' rinse. So should i use the lemon-conditioner mix as a shampoo once a week? Or should I use the mix as a leave in ? In that case what do I do before ? Is it like a final rinse and then no more washing in water ? I'm really onfused and I don't want to do the wrong thing !

I think the lemon aid is meant to be used as an alternative to your regular cleansing conditioner. If you feel you have buildup or need a more thorough cleansing for some reason, you would use lemon aid instead of your regular cleansing conditioner.
