Cone Question

Am I correct in assuming that Benzophenone 4 is a cone? And, if so, does anyone know if it's water soluble or can be washed out with low poo?

TIA!

If it is, it should be water soluble because it's CG safe. I thought it was a preservative of some sort.

After reading a few posts, it sounds like it provides heat protection and should be ok. My brain is still in vacation mode -- i.e., NOT WORKING. It doesn't end in -cone, just -one and I just wasn't sure if that meant it was a silicone. Thanks for responding.
