Default PJ's: Confess your sins here!

Knew it was only a matter of time before I had to start this thread

ETA - There is a companion thread, "PJ's Post your Successes here".

While I was ordering a full size SheaMoisture Sheabutter leave-in, I also bought 2 cleansers -- LLL Green Tea Hair Cleanse and Blended Beauty Cleansing Conditioner -- I couldn't make up my mind, I like them both I already have WEN at home; and Mastey Traite.

I bought a bottle of NG condish from Big Lot's a couple of months ago...then went back and bought the rest of the stock of NG- everything they had...all the condish AND the lotions... I ended up spending over $40 on the stuff. But I only felt bad for a moment when I learned how much they cost in the regular store.
I am also about 1 mouse click away from ordering a few bottles of the SheaMoisture Leave in too...lol. My hair loves that stuff.

Last week I bought a bottle of Generic Values Nexxus Aloe Rid knock-off at Sally's.

I figured maybe I should buy it now instead of waiting until I run out of Suave Professionals Rusk Sensories Clarifying. You never know if the GV is going to discontinue this shampoo like Suave did!

But yeah, I think that's it & will be for quite some time.

When I was in DC a week or so ago, I hit Marshall's and bought two bottles of the old formula of B2B pom/peach, and one bottle of this conditioner called "Pure & Basic."

I'm always in search of deals. My haul cost me about $10.

I'm on the verge of finishing up a bottle of gel and I have two more waiting under the sink. Even though logically I know this, it still doesn't seem like enough and I can't stop thinking about which gel I would like to try next.

I also can't stop thinking about hairsticks and am in the process of saving up money to purchase about six. This makes no sense because I hardly wear my hair up and I surely don't need six sticks in order to be able to make matches to my wardrobe.

Also, I'm thinking about purchasing Biotin and MSM, as well as taking up drinking my protein shakes again. I don't even think it will have much of an effect on my hair, but the thought of me buying nutrients for my hair makes me feel justified in my purchase.

Again, I haven't done any of this stuff, but it's been gnawing at the back of my mind all day. Obessive? Yes.

I've bought a new kind of mousse and two new kinds of gel to try in the last two weeks, even though I have three full tubes of my normal gel sitting in my cabinet unused.

Oh god.

So last week my mom and I raided Sally's. Shampoo, haircolor, volume foam spray, a brush, hairsticks, rollers, etc.
Thursday I got out of class super early and decided to exchange the 'poo for some Aloe Rid. Well, they hadn't quite opened yet so I went down to World Market and picked up some nifty chopsticks to use as hairsticks. Then I went back and swapped the ION Hard Water Poo for some Biotera Medium Hold Gel and ended up getting some hairpins and a pumice bar as well. :P

Oh, and the day before Sally's I broke down and went to Ulta (the BF was enabling!) to pick up the TiGi Catwalk Curls Rock Amplifier. Then after Harry Potter we went to CVS to use my coupon and I got some TiGi Bedhead Superstar lotion and more VO5 Kiwi Lime co.

And the day I came home with the Sally's haul, my Oyin sample pack order finally came in. *dies*

So I'm done for a while unless I need to exchange the Biotera Gel (I really wanted the firm hold but they didn't have it), return the Curls Rock, or am able to find an excuse to go to Whole Foods.

Ooh, I love the NG lotion. I bought mine out a while back too. They didn't have much though.

meriellyn,

So you still didn't get the 'Aloe Rid' at Sally's?

LOL, well I convinced myself to wait since I actually do still have some Nexxus Aloe Rid left (and thus it's not really necessary yet )
It was still har dot do though. I've had a little issue with "stocking up" lately because it seems like everything I like gets changed or discontinued so I've developed a bit of paranoia.

Code:
I know I'll never be able to buy another bottle of Suave Professionals Healthy Curls Conditioner because they changed the original formula to include cyclopentasiloxane. Though I use sulfates & I've been telling myself to not let a little silicone scare me. Yet I'm almost willing to bet I wouldn't buy another bottle just on scent alone since I've heard so many complained about the manliness of it!

I bought a bottle months ago right before the store swap out, but I haven't tried it yet.

In one trip a few weeks ago I bought 2 Aussie 3MM, DevaCare One C, AHC, LA Looks Gel, a new comb, and Activate Straightening Cream. Luckily I put down some B2B stuff. Then the next day I bought a satin pillowcase and some Sally's Generic Sebastian Potion 9 (which ended up being too protein-y).

But hey, I was stocking up for my trip!

To go along with this thread, confess how many conditioners you currently have in the shower/tub right NOW.

Here's my line-up.

1. Activate Hydrating Co.
2. B2B Kiwi Melon
3. B2B Peach/pom
4. Pure & Basic Restructuring Co.
5. Nature's Gate Jojoba Co
6. Travel-sized bottle of Burt's Bees Grapefruit Raspberry
7. Activate Deep Conditioner
8. Nature's Gate Herbal Co.
9. John Freida Frizz Off Co (from my recent experiment with traditional silicone products)
10. Almost forgot - Suave Citrus Smoothie Co., giant family size bottle.

I think that is it. I'm surprised I even have room to stand in the shower. I think it may be time to move some under the cabinet until I use up some in the shower.

(Just FYI...I don't necessarily USE all these products everyday or even occasionally, but yes, I've bought them and they're there.)

1. Activate Hydrating Condish
2. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Original
3. Too Shea!
4. Aloeba
5. Mane 'N Tail Conditioner
6. DevaCare One C
7. Asquith & Somerset Ultra Rich Shea Butter Conditioner
8. Nexxus Humectress Condish
9. BioSilk Silk Therapy Conditioner
10. Dove Sheer Moisture Conditioner
11. Ouidad Balancing Rinse

Phew! And I only use about 2 or 3 of them consistently...and only 4 or 5 at all...

ETA: I guess I need to clean out my shower!
And also, I'm probably going to Ulta/Target today...I have a feeling I will come back with more stuff, I just got $300 from family. Curly shopping spree!! Suggestions for stuff I can buy there or order? I'm thinking about Angell...should I?
