Default Conditioner as a LEAVE-IN

I've heard of many people using their conditioners as leave ins. I wanna try it now because of the great results they seem to get. I wash my hair with suave professionals humuctant shampoo and conditioner. SO, when i'm finished washing, do i add the condish after, or LEAVE some in while in the shower????

Hi there,

I always rinse out the conditioner I use to CO wash, then condish properly, then rinse, then I add some watered down condish for a leave-in.

I would always leave my gel til last, unless my hair is drying and feels like it needs more condish in places. But yes, after the leave-in that's when I put products in. I always add a thin layer of pink Boots before my harsher products such as LOOB. It seems to protect from drying alcohol.

If the bottle says to rinse the conditioner out completely, I do. I will leave in only conditioners that say on the bottle it's OK to leave in (Deva OneC, Elucence, PM The Conditioner, etc.)

I condition, rinse it all the way out with cold water, and then use some blobs as a leave-in. I like Aussie 3MM and DevaCare One C. Then I put in my gel, and then I put a tiny bit more conditioner in it, which I find makes it less crunchy and sticky.

Your hair looks really good banjo. I was thinking about mixing in some honey w/ my condish as a leave-in. I heard it gives you soft, shiny, and frizz free curls. Wish me luck when i try it tommorow everyone!

I use all my conditioners as a leave-in. I smooth a tiny bit throughout and then add the gel.

thanks so much. i tried using honey with the leavein but i findit works better as a rinseout, then i leave in another CO. let's see pics of the honey leavein on you--it might work great.
