Who still uses sulfate shampoo?

Earth Science shampoos contain what I believe to be the mildest sulfate, sodium myreth sulfate. I use the fragrance-free (when I shampoo, less than weekly) but I think the kind for damaged hair has the exact same ingredients list, but w/ frag. Mill Creek shamps are also SMS based.....both of these brands are found in various health food stores; can't remember if I've seen them in Whole Foods. Oh yeah, these all contain protein, so may be off-limits for some.
I basically do what Laurabeth does.

I use Deva No-Poo and VO5 Tea Therapy Clarifying Conditioner - Vanilla Mint Teas for co-washing most days.

Whenever I start feeling like there's too much stuff in my hair - I use Burts Bees Very Volumizing Pomegranate Soy which is hardly ever more than once a month. I don't think I would like it for everyday use though.

Then every couple of months or if my hair just isn't behaving I use Elucence Volume Clarifying Shampoo to get a fresh start. I believe it has only one mild sulfate -Sodium Myreth Sulfate- way down on the list. I love this stuff but don't need to use it every day.

I've been using Modern Organic Products (MOP) C-System Shampoo. It's very gentle, but still feels like it's cleansing. My hair feels clean, but still moisturized when I use it.

It has Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate and Cocamidopropypl Betaine

I do, about once a month. I usually use cheapies like VO5 but will occasionally "splurge" on something like Herbal Essence (I like the Hello Hydration--like the HH conditioner, too) or Neutrogena's Triple Moisture. Since it's such a small part of my routine I don't need feel like I need to buy a really fabulous one. And plus, I'm cheap.
Modified CG. You'll pry my 'cones from my cold dead fingers! Mixed waves, coarse, below shoulder length, dark brown. I hate my hair but I'm trying to learn to accept it.

Gels: LA Looks Wet Look Styling Gel, Garnier Fructis Wet Shine Gel. Condish: Alberto V05 Free Me Fresia, Tresemme' Flawless Curls, LVPNG, Neutrogena Triple Moisture. Shampoo: Tresemme' Flawless Curls. Silicone Serum: Whatever is on sale, but I don't leave home without it.
Edited due to a cyberstalker. Sorry, guys.

I alternate between the two. My favorite sulfate shampoo is Herbal Essences Hello Hydration shampoo. It has ALS in it, but it hasn't harmed my hair. I plan on trying Cream of Nature in the future.
Coily and cute.
