Hot tools hard hat dryer

I just bought this dryer from Folica
http://www.folica.com/Hot_Tools_Salon_d953.html

I generally air dry my hair, but it takes so long and diffusers seem to make me more frizzy. Anyways, first day with this dryer and I love it! I have to admit I feel like an old lady in my house sitting under the dryer, but the results are well worth it. I was curious if anyone else uses this type of dryer?

Hi - this dryer sounds interesting - how long did it take for you to dry your hair?
Botticelli/3A with some waves too!
Reasonable shipping on that site.
3b, fine, but LOTS of it...
It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to dry my hair instead of the 3 hours it takes to air dry. I let it air dry for about a half hour while I get dressed, etc. I start off on the high setting, but it gets very hot quickly, so that doesn't last too long. I then finish it up with the rest of the time on medium setting. It dries a little crunchy because of the gel I use, but that scrunches out and leaves my hair nice and soft. I ordered the dryer and paid for the cheapest shipping; it came in four days. I've used it twice now and I am happy that I bought it.
