No-poo or low-poo?

I have been using some Deva Brown lo-poo and OneC that i bought on the swap board. I really like them both, but I'm starting to run out (especially of the OneC.) Which one should I buy, since I want to continue using the Deva Brown?

I was thinking about getting No-poo, and saving the Lo-poo I have left to use once in a while, to get rid of any a-cone build up. Will that work, or should I keep using the Lo-poo as often as I have been? (Every 4-5 days, which I know is probably too often!)

Any advice is appreciated!!

(BTW, I love this one - it looks like my hair would if i brushed it! )

I have 3a hair and find nopoo far too moisturizing. I use low poo once a week and just co the rest of the time. But that's just my hair, it may be different for you!

I've been using low poo every other day, and find that it works great! I found no poo to be nice once in a while, but my scalp felt gunky if I used it exclusively.

I use low poo- about once a week. I've heard that no poo is basically like using condish, so my thought is - why not save the money and just use condish? But again, I'm no expert.

Well, it sounds like everyone has the same thought - use the lo-poo and skip the no-poo! It seems to be doing well for my hair so far, so I'll just continue doing it that way.

Thanks for the input!
